Ingredientes

  • 3 x Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast Halves Or possibly Thighs
  • 1/4 c. Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lrg Clove Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp oregano

Direcciones

  1. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. Pour mix over chicken arranged in shallow baking dish and cover. Bake for 375F for 45 min, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 min.
  2. This comes out extremely tender and has a wonderful flavor.
