Ingredientes

  • 1 x frying chicken cut up or possibly 4 to 6 chicken breast halves
  • 6 slc bacon
  • 1/2 c. minced onion Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp. chicken broth
  • 8 ounce elbow macaroni cooked
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes crumbled

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken, a few pcs at a time in fat and drain. Fry bacon lightly in the same pan, remove, set aside and pour off all fat.
  2. Place chicken and bacon in cooker, add in onion, salt, pepper and broth. Cover and cook on LOW 10 hrs, HIGH 5 hrs, or possibly till chicken is tender.
  3. Turn to HIGH, add in macaroni and parsley flakes. Cook 10 min, season with additional salt and pepper if necessary.
  4. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
