Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 x Skinnless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in bite-sized pcs
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 4 stalk celery, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can (4.5 ounce) mushrooms, stems and pcs
  • 1 can (28-ounce) chop suey vegetables
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1 can Chicken broth Cooked rice or possibly chow mein noodles

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken in vegetable oil. Add in onions, celery and garlic, cook till browned. Drain chop suey vegetables, add in to chicken mix. Drain and add in mushrooms. Add in soy sauce and chicken broth. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 30 min. Serve over cooked rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
