Ingredientes

  • 1 whl chicken (1,200 gr.)
  • 2 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk, hot or possibly warm
  • 300 gm Yogurt
  • 150 gm Finely minced onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 30 gm Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr Salt & pepper

Direcciones

  1. Wash the chicken, cut it into pcs and wipe it dry. Saute/fry it in the butter, add in the onion, and saute/fry on low flame, stirring. Sprinkle with the curry pwdr, gradually add in the broth, salt and pepper and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep hot. Scraping the bottom of the same pan, stir in the flour. Add in the hot lowfat milk and the yogurt. Leave the sauce to cook for 5 min on low flame. Place the chicken on a serving platter and serve it covered with the sauce. Serve warm.
