Chicken With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce.) can condensed golden brown mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 8 ounce. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. In 12 x 8 inch baking dish arrange chicken pcs, skin side up, with meatiest portions toward outside of dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at HIGH for 10 min; drain. Turn pcs over.
  2. Mix soup, sherry, mushrooms, salt and pepper; pour over chicken. Cover. Microwave at 7 (or possibly MEDIUM setting) for 15-20 min, or possibly till chicken near bone is no longer pink. Turn pcs over after half the time. Let stand, covered, for 5 min. Serves 4-6.
