Ingredientes

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. cognac
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. champagne
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 c. light cream

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, brown slowly in 3 Tbsp. butter. Add in cognac, cover and simmer 15 min or possibly till chicken is tender. Remove chicken. Heat 1 Tbsp. in same skillet; saute/fry mushrooms till tender. Stir in flour. Slowly add in cream and champagne; cook and stir till bubbling, about 5 min. Add in chicken and heat through.
