Ingredientes

2 1/2 Tbsp. orange marmalade 1/8 tsp grated lime rind 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice

1/2 Tbsp. grated ginger root 4 x chicken breast halves without skin -- boned

Direcciones

1. Combine first 4 ingredients. Place chicken on grill, and brush with half of marmalade mix. Cook, covered, over medium-warm coals for 6 min. Turn chicken, and brush with remaining marmalade mix; cook 6 min longer or possibly till done.
2. Yield: 4 servings.
