Chicken With Pepper Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 3-4 boned & skinned chicken breasts, halved (6-8 pcs)
  • 1 pkg. Knorr's Pepper Sauce (8 O'Clock or possibly Fresh Market)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken breasts in a large skillet in butter. Remove from pan.
  2. Saute/fry onion, mushrooms and garlic in butter till onion is translucent/soft. Sprinkle pepper sauce over vegetables. Slowly add in wine while stirring constantly. Then add in lowfat sour cream. Put chicken back in pan and simmer till chicken is cooked through. Serve over pasta. (Also good with pork chops.)
