  • 1/2 c. defatted homemade or possibly reduced sodium canned chicken stock
  • 5 tbsp. fresh orange juice (1 orange)
  • 2 tbsp. orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
