Ingredientes

  • 2 lb chicken breasts cut 8 pcs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. sherry or possibly sweet white wine
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. finely-minced fresh ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. white distilled vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 2 x garlic cloves minced fine

Direcciones

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except chicken) in a non-reactive bowl. Mix well. Add in the chicken pcs and marinate for 45 min in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove the chicken and grill at a medium-high heat for 45 to 50 min, turning several times and basting frequently with the marinade.
  3. This recipe yields 3 to 4 servings.
  4. Comments: In a wok on your side burner, make some fried rice or possibly vegetable stir-fry to serve alongside this dish - it doesn't get any easier!
