Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lg. chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 2 c. warm cooked rice

Direcciones

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat skinned chicken with mix. Reserve excess flour.
  2. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken; remove from skillet. Add in remaining butter, mushrooms, onion and 2 Tbsp. minced parsley, saute/fry till onion is transparent.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in reserved flour. Blend in wine. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add in chicken. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 min or possibly till is tender. Serve over rice.
