Receta Chicken With Wine Sauce

- Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat skinned chicken with mix. Reserve excess flour.
- Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in large skillet over medium heat. Brown chicken; remove from skillet. Add in remaining butter, mushrooms, onion and 2 Tbsp. minced parsley, saute/fry till onion is transparent.
- Remove from heat. Stir in reserved flour. Blend in wine. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Add in chicken. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 min or possibly till is tender. Serve over rice.
