Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix egg and lowfat milk together. Sift dry ingredients together. Mix in egg and lowfat milk mix, adding in 3 additions. Mix in oil. Drop onto warm ungreased griddle. When pancakes puff to a 1/2 inch thickness and bubbles begin to break, turn and cook on other side. Serve with hot sweetened strawberries and whipped cream or possibly syrup. Makes about 10 small pancakes.
