Ingredientes

  • 2 x Tortilla, corn, stale, cut into pcs and fried
  • 1 c. Salsa verde
  • 1/3 c. Chicken, poached, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat sour cream, thick
  • 2 Tbsp. Queso fresco, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. Onion, finely minced

Direcciones

  1. In a frying pan heat oil about half an inch deep, and fry the tortilla strips till they are pale gold, but not too crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Heat the sauce, and when it is bubbling, add in the tortilla pcs and cook 3 min. Pour into a dish and cover with the chicken, lowfat sour cream, and cheese. Grill (broil) till the cheese melts and serve, topped with the onion.
