Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 can of minced Green Chilis and Tomatoes (Rotel or possibly store brand is fine)
  • 1 x (16 ounce.) Warm Velveeta Cheese, minced into 1" squares
  • 1/2 med Onion, finely minced
  • 1 x Garlic Clove chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Cajun Pepper (optional)
  • 1 bag of your favorite Tortilla Chips

  1. Put the onion and garlic in a medium saucepan and cook on medium heat for 5 min. Use a little Extra virgin olive oil or possibly Pam to keep it from sticking to the pan. Add in green chilis and tomatoes, then slowly add in cubes of cheese. Add in the Oregano and Cajun Pepper (if you like) and continue adding cheese slowly while stirring till all of the cheese is melted. Avoid any burning of cheese on the bottom of the pan. Once melted, empty it into a bowl and serve with chips.
