Ingredientes

  • 12 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Red chiles, such as piquins or possibly jalapenos, finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley, finely minced
  • 2 whl scallions, finely minced

Direcciones

  1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and soften slightly in a microwave set on HIGH for 30 seconds, or possibly allow to stand at room temperature for an hour or possibly more. Stir in all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Place the mix on a square of wax paper or possibly aluminum foil and form into a log shape. Roll up tightly and refrigeratetill hard. Serve as a spread for bread or possibly grilled meat.
