Ingredientes

  • 4 x russet potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp chili pwdr

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel potatoes and halve lengthwise. Cut into 1/4-inch pcs.
  2. Arrange potatoes on baking sheet. Add in oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat potatoes.
  3. Roast potatoes, stirring occasionally, till golden brown, about 15 min.
  4. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and chili pwdr in a medium bowl. Add in potatoes. Stir to coat potatoes. Serve warm or possibly at room temperature.
  5. VARIATION: For a low-fat version, use fat-free lowfat sour cream instead of the mayonnaise.
