- Sprinkle filets with salt and pepper. Saute/fry in oil till cooked as desired. Remove and keep hot.
- In same skillet, cook onion and garlic till translucent/soft. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook till sauce is reduced and thickened.
- Serve filets with mix on top and add in a dollop of lowfat sour cream and a slice of avocado on top of which.
- Good served with twice baked potatoes with Monterey Jack cheese and chili pwdr mixed in.
