Ingredientes

  • 6 x Green chiles, skinned Seeds removed minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Prepared chile sauce
  • 1 can White tuna liquid removed and Flaked
  • 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Prepared horseradish sauce
  • 4 x Green onions minced
  • 1/4 c. Green olives sliced
  • 1/2 lb Sea shell macaroni
  • 1 x Avocado, peeled pit Removed minced
  • 2 sprg cilantro minced

Direcciones

  1. Cook the macaroni in 4 qts of salted water till just done but still hard. Drain and rinse in cool water. Combine all the ingredients, except the avocado and cilantro, and allow to sit for 2 hrs to blend the flavors. Garnish with the avocado and cilantro and serve.
