Ingredientes

  • 2 lb Pork butt, boneless
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 x Onion, minced
  • 1 lrg Garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tsp All-purpose flour
  • 1 can (8 1/4 ounce.) stew tomatoes
  • 1 can (7 ounce.) green chiles
  • 1 can (10 ounce.) tomatoes with warm green chiles Salt and freshly grnd pepper

Direcciones

  1. Trim off fat and cut pork into 1-inch cubes. Heat oil in a large heavy pot or possibly Dutch oven. Add in pork and cook till brown. Add in onion and garlic.
  2. Cook till tender. Stir in flour. Cook and stir 1 to 2 min. Add in stewed tomatoes, minced chiles and tomatoes with warm chiles, breaking up tomatoes with a spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer gently 1-1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
  3. Makes 4 servings.
