Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can (16oz) cream style corn
  • 1 can (4oz) minced green chilies, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. Diced onion
  • 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Buttermilk
  • 3 c. Self-rising cornmeal mix

Direcciones

  1. Combine Large eggs, corn, chilies, mayo, onion, cheese, and buttermilk in a large bowl; stir to blend. Add in cornmeal mix; stirring just till moistened. Pour into greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 to 45 min or possibly till golden brown.
