Ingredientes

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 1 (2 lb.) brick Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can Rotel tomatoes (2 if extra spicey is desired)
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can Wolfe Brand chili

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef and onion stirring to crumble meat; drain. Combine all remaining ingredients in a crockpot on high heat setting. After beef and onion is cooked, add in to mix in crockpot. Let cook till all cheese is melted, about 30 min, then change to a low heat setting. Serve with tortilla chips.
