Ingredientes

  • 1 sm Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 c. Tomatoes, minced Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 1 c. Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and minced
  • 8 ounce Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 1 c. Half And Half

Direcciones

  1. Saute/fry onion in butter. Add in tomatoes, green chilies, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 min. Add in cubed cream cheese and stir to heat the cheese. After the cheese has melted, add in sufficient lowfat milk or possibly cream to make it dip consistency.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
