Receta Chili Con Seitan

- Heat the oil in a large, heavy kettle. Add in the onion and celery. Saute/fry till almost tender. Add in the garlic, green pepper, gluten, and spices.
- Saute/fry for a few min more.
- Add in the beans, cooking liquid, and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for about 10 min. Add in tamari to taste.
- Serve with cornbread or possibly tortillas and a big green salad.
