Chili Garlic Cilantro Sauce

Ingredientes

1 c. Maui Pineapple, diced into 1/4 inch pcs
1 c. sugar
1 c. rice vinegar
2 tsp grnd chili paste (such as Sambal Oelek)

1 pch kosher salt
1 x shallot, minced fine
2 clv garlic, minced fine
1 Tbsp. cilantro, minced (or possibly parsley)

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients except the cilantro and boil for 2 min. Cold and add in cilantro.
