Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. Quick grits
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 6 c. Boiling water
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely minced jalapenos
  • 3 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 can , cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg F. Cook grits in boiling, salted water for 8 min. Add in butter, cheese, peppers, Large eggs, soup and salt; mix well and spread in a greased 2-qt baking dish. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs, covered for the first 45 min. Remove cover and continue baking till lightly browned.
