Ingredientes

  • 2 x ripe Haas avocados
  • 2 x limes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Minced chives or possibly cilantro

Direcciones

  1. Halve avocados and remove pit. Roll limes or possibly heat in microwave for 10 seconds to get juices flowing. Halve the limes. Rub the avocado halves gently with 1/2 lime to retard the browning.
  2. Juice limes into small bowl and mix with sugar, chili pwdr and salt using a fork or possibly small whisk. Add in extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil in a slow stream while mixing dressing.
  3. Pour dressing into the cavities of avocados, distributing it equally and serve. Garnish with chives or possibly cilantro as an optional garnish.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
