Ingredientes

  • 1 lb.ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground sausage
  • 1 cup of long grain rice
  • 1 cans of red chili beans
  • 1 can mex. diced tomatoes
  • 1 can mex. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 lrg. can tomatoe paste
  • 1 red and yellow bell pepper
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 habanero pepper
  • 1 cayenne pepper
  • 2 packages chili seasoning(your fav. brand)

Direcciones

  1. place ground beef,sausage,red and yellow peppers and chili seasoning in large pot
  2. cook till peppers are tender and meat is cooked
  3. add can of chili beans.diced and stewed tomatoes
  4. add chopped hot peppers
  5. 4 cups of water and rice
  6. cook on low heat to give the flavors time to marry
  7. cook 3 to 4 hrs.and serve
  8. if can let it set in the frig overnight it better the next day
