Ingredientes
6 x Shallots peeled
1 Tbsp. Coarse-grnd black pepper
2 x Serrano chiles
3 x Thai bird chiles
6 x Garlic cloves
2 x Lemon grass stalks, white part only minced
2 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
2 x Limes juiced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Canola oil
Direcciones
In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Add in just sufficient oil so the paste mixes well, but remains thick. Check for seasoning.
