Ingredientes

  • 6 x Shallots peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. Coarse-grnd black pepper
  • 2 x Serrano chiles
  • 3 x Thai bird chiles
  • 6 x Garlic cloves
  • 2 x Lemon grass stalks, white part only minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 x Limes juiced
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Canola oil

Direcciones

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients. Add in just sufficient oil so the paste mixes well, but remains thick. Check for seasoning.
