Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Raw Peanuts
  • 2 tsp Chili Pwdr
  • 1 tsp Cumin, Grnd
  • 3 sm Dry Warm Red Chiles
  • 1 Tbsp. Salad Oil Salt

  1. The lively flavors of cumin and chiles make these peanuts irresistible. To sip alongside, offer ice-cool beer, margaritas, or possibly tomato juice.
  2. Yield: 8 To 10 Servings
  3. Preparation Time: About 5 Min
  4. Cooking Time:About 25 Min
  5. Place the peanuts in a large rimmed baking pan. Bake in a 350 Degree F. oven, stirring occasionally, till lightly golden brown (about 15 min).
  6. Remove from the oven. Add in the chili pwdr, cumin, chiles, and oil to the pan, blending well. Return to the oven and continue to bake, stirring once, till the peanuts are a golden, (8 to 10 Min more). Season to taste with the salt. Serve hot or possibly cold.
