Ingredientes

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 can (4 ounce.) roasted and peeled green chilies
  • 2 c. Tomatoes, minced
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, Bisquick and salt till foamy. Remove stems and seeds from chilies; rinse in water. Place in greased baking dish 8x 8x2. Top chilies with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese, pour egg mix over. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 min. May serve with avocados/salsa, lowfat sour cream.
