1 c. Brown sugar
1 x Green chili finely minced
1/2 c. Chili pwdr
1 Tbsp. Cayenne Grnd black pepper
Direcciones
Mix all ingredients together. Pack all around a 10 lb. brisket and chill 24 hrs before smoking. Place in smoker, careful not to dislodge the rub. Smoke for 15 hrs.
