Ingredientes

  • 1 x Big jalapeno
  • 2 x Cuban frying peppers
  • 1 x Warm hungarian,
  • 1 x Long cheese pepper x And a little paprika)
  • 1 c. Dry black beans
  • 1 c. Dry pinto beans
  • 1 c. Dry kidney beans
  • 2 x Onions (white and yellow)
  • 3 x Garlic cloves x Tomatoes (3 big beefsteak or possibly About 8 roma) x Cumin, coriander, oregano, Salt, pepper to taste x Extra virgin olive oil

Soak the beans overnight, then simmer till tender (1 to 2 hrs) I tend to add in some seaweed while cooking (dump in a bowl so you can use the bean pot for frying) roast the cumin in a frying pan (optional, but valuable) I used about 2 to 3 tsp chop onions and garlic, saute/fry in oil chop peppers, saute/fry with onion & garlic add in minced tomatoes, cook a till soft Add in the beans, and some bean liquid Add in the spices and cook for another hour or possibly so
