Chilied Bean Dip

Ingredientes

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can kidney or possibly pinto beans, liquid removed and rinsed
  • 2 or possibly more tbsp. finely minced canned or possibly fresh green chilies or possibly jalapeno peppers, to taste (optional)
  • 1 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili pwdr, or possibly to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

Direcciones

  1. Place in the jar of a blender the beans, peppers (if used), vinegar, chili pwdr and cumin. Blend the ingredients till no longer lumpy not too smooth.
  2. Stir in the onion and parsley and serve.
