Ingredientes

  • 2 (4 ounce.) cans Old El Paso peeled green chilies
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Cut chilies in thin strips. Layer chilies and cheeses in oiled 9 inch baking dish. Combine Large eggs, flour and lowfat milk. Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 min or possibly till hard. Cold 5 min. Cut into squares. Serves 6.
