Receta Chilies Rellenos Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd round, brown & drain off fat
- 1/2 minced onion
- Season with salt & pepper
- 2 (4 ounce.) cans whole green chilies, drain, split & remove seeds
- 6 ounce. shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Arrange 1/2 of the chilies in bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top of meat. Cover with remaining chilies. 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk 1/4 c. flour 1/2 teaspoon salt Little warm sauce
- Combine and mix till smooth. Pour over layered chilies, cheese and meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 min. Cold 5 min before serving.
