Chilies Rellenos Egg Rolls

Ingredientes

  • 1 can minced green chilies or possibly minced green pepper
  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 12 egg roll wrappers

Direcciones

  1. Brown beef, onion, garlic, and green peppers if substituted for chilies in pan and drain. Add in cheese, seasoning and chilies. Stir. Place 1/4 to 1/3 mix on egg roll wrapper and wrap as you would an egg roll. Seal edges with water by brushing water on edge. Fry in warm vegetable oil till golden brown. Serve with a dollop of lowfat sour cream and picante sauce.
