Ingredientes

  • 1 x Ripe, (3 lb.) cantaloupe
  • 1/2 c. Dry sherry
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Orange juice

Direcciones

  1. Makes 4 c.; 5 servings.
  2. Cut melon in half; scoop out seeds; scoop out cantaloupe meat. In food processor or possibly blender, combine cantaloupe and remaining ingredients. Blend till smooth. Turn into bowl and chill, covered, till very cool.
  3. Serve in chilled serving bowls.
