Ingredientes

  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 x cucumbers peeled, seeded, and minced
  • 1 x avocado (preferably California)
  • 1/4 c. chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cumin or possibly to taste

  1. In a large measuring c. combine the buttermilk and sufficient ice cubes to measure 1 1/2 c. total. In a blender blend the buttermilk mix with half the cucumber, the avocado, peeled and pitted, the broth, the lemon juice, and the cumin till the mix is smooth. Divide the soup between
