Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Natural yogurt
  • 2 c. Light cream Or possibly 1 c. lowfat milk & 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 med seedless cucumbers, Peeled and minced
  • 1 c. Finely minced chives Or possibly Green onions
  • 2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Stir yogurt and cream together till smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill till serving time. Garnish with thin unpeeled cucumber slices and a dash of paprika.
  2. Serves 6.
