Ingredientes

  • 1 x Ripe cantaloupe, about 2 c. melon balls or possibly bite sized chunks
  • 1 x Ripe bananam peeled
  • 4 lrg Ripe peaches , pitted
  • 4 c. Orange juice
  • 2 c. Fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamom
  • 1 c. Ice cubes
  • 1 c. Pineapple juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract (use the real stuff!!!)

Direcciones

  1. Put 2 C of the melon in a blender. Put the rest in a pitcher or possibly a bowl. add in banana & peaches to blenderwith 2 C oj. Puree until smooth. Pour into pitcher or possibly bowl. Puree 1 C berries with spices, ice cubes, pineapple juice.
  2. lemon juice and rest of the oj til smoot. Pour into pitcher or possibly bowl, along with the remaining berries. refrigerateat least 1 hour.
  3. Variations: use all oj or possibly all pineapple juice or possibly 4 C oj and 1 C pineappke cocanut juice use honeydew strawberries. use whatever combo of fruit or possibly berries you desire.
