Chilled Orange Marmalade Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredientes

  • CRUST
  • 8 sqr Graham Crackers Grnd
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Light Cream Cheese FILLING
  • 2/3 c. Orange Marmalade
  • 1/2 c. Light Lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce Light Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Skim Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Boiling Water
  • 1 pkt Gelatin Pwdr Unflavored
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. Mix gelatin in boiling water and stir till completely dissolved.
  2. Setaside to cold.
  3. In food processor, combine grnd graham crackers and sugar and mix.
  4. Add in 1 1/2 Tablespoons light cream cheese and process. Spray 9" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Pour crust mix into pie plate and press gently to sides and bottom to create crust. Chill.
  5. In food processor, combine all ingredients for filling except marmalade. Process till smooth. Add in gelatin water and marmalade and mix. Very genlty pour filling into chilled crust. Refrigeratepie for 3-4 hrs before serving.
