Chilled Sesame Ginger Tatsoi

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Tatsoi, washed & dry Salt to taste
  • 1/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Ginger, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. White vinegar
  • 4 dsh Tabasco sauce Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. Sesame seeds, toasted

Direcciones

  1. L. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add in the tatsoi, blanch for I minute, drain, immediately plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process, and drain again.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, vinegar and Tabasco. Mix well, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the tatsoi and dressing, and mix well Chill till well chilled, gar nish with sesame seeds and serve.
  4. Yield: 4 servings.
