Ingredientes

  • 100 ml vinegar
  • 6 x fresh red chillies, seeded and finely blended
  • 2 Tbsp. plum sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt or possibly to taste
  • 4 Tbsp. toasted peanuts or possibly cashew nuts, finely pounded
  • 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Direcciones

  1. Method:Put vinegar in a saucepan. Bring to a simmering low boil on gentle heat. When it begins to boil, add in chillies, plum sauce, sugar and salt. Stir well and allow to simmer till the sauce turns slightly thicker.
  2. Remove from the heat. Stir in peanuts or possibly cashew nuts and sesame seeds. Serve when cooled.
  3. This is the perfect dipping sauce for any deep-fried meat dishes.
