Ingredientes

  • 6 lrg Flour tortillas
  • 3 c. Mexican meat mix Oil for frying Shredded lettuce
  • 7 ounce Salsa
  • 2 x Tomatoes
  • 1 c. Guacamole
  • 1/2 pt Lowfat sour cream
  • 6 x Ripe olives

Direcciones

  1. Hot tortillas in oven about 5 min. Heat Mexican meat fold in a small saucepan. Heat 1/2 inch deep oil to 400 in a large skillet. Spread about 1/2 c. mix over lower third of each tortilla. Fold the tortilla over filling with toothpick to close. Serve warm over a layer of shredded lettuce. Top with salsa, tomatoes, guacamole, lowfat sour cream. Garnish with olives.
