Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. fresh parsley, minced
  • 3/4 c. olive or possibly peanut oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh oregano leaves, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. sweet onion or possibly shallot, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper, freshly grnd
  • 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. sherry or possibly balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Direcciones

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl or possibly process briefly in a blender.
  2. Use to baste steak while grilling.
