Receta Chinese Bhel
Ingredientes
- Oil – 400 ml
- Spring Onions – 1 to 2, depending on size, sliced
- Bean Sprouts – 1/4 cup
- Peanuts – 1/4 cup, roasted, finely chopped
- Tomato Ketchup – 1 tblsp
- Schezuan Sauce – 1 tblsp
- Salt as per taste
- For the Schezuan Sauce:
- Dry Red Chillies – 5, finely chopped
- Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves, peeled, chopped
- Spring Onion – 1, chopped
- Celery – 1 inch piece, chopped
- Green Chillies – 2, chopped
- Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, grated
- White Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Vegetable Stock – 1/4 cup
- Tomato Ketchup – 2 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 to 3/4 tsp
- Oil – 1/4 cup
