Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Dates, minced
  • 1 c. Nuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. Beat Large eggs till light. Add in sugar and blend. Sift together dry ingredients, add in to egg mix. Stir in dates and nuts. Spread mix in well buttered pan and bake in slow oven 300 F. about 20 min. When cold cut into squares and roll in granulated sugar.
