Ingredientes

  • 3 tsp Oil
  • 1 lb Grnd pork
  • 6 ounce Minced cooked or possibly canned, crab meat
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 tsp Sherry
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch Black pepper
  • 2 x Scallions
  • 4 slc Chopped ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. Light soy sauce
  • 1 lb Celery or possibly chinese cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch mixed with 3 tb., water

Direcciones

  1. Cut celery/or possibly chinese cabbage into 2-inch segments.
  2. Mix grnd pork, crab, Large eggs, sherry, salt, cornstarch, pepper, scallion, ginger and soy sauce into 5 large meatballs. Heat oil then fry meat mals till brown, approximately 8 min. Add in broth and cover. Simmer for 15 min. Add in celery or possibly Chinese cabbage. When cabbage is done but crisp, add in water cornstarch mix to thicken.
