- Heat oil In frying pan, put chopped garlic, fry until light pink.
- Add red chilli, black pepper & salt, mix well cover & let it cook.
- When cooked. Add vegetables & stir fry for 2 mins.
- Add boiled rice & soya sauce, mix them all.
- Now add spring onion, cover & let it cook for 2-3 mins on steam.
- Serve hot.
