Ingredientes

  • 1 pound lean round steak
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cloves, crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 2 green peppers, cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1 lg. tomato, cut into 8ths

Direcciones

  1. Sprinkle meat with paprika. Brown meat in butter. Add in garlic and broth. Cover and simmer for 30 min. Stir in onions and green peppers. Cover and cook 5 min. Blend water, cornstarch, and soy sauce, stirring till clear and thickened. Add in tomatoes and stir gently. Serve on bed of warm rice or possibly Chinese noodles.
